1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using Sent News, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Sent News for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Sent News is intended for a general audience and not for children under 13. You must be at least 13 to subscribe to the newsletter. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review them with you.
2. What Sent News provides
Sent News publishes business stories, analysis, and lessons for founders and distributes related newsletters. We may add, remove, correct, suspend, or change content and features at any time. We do not promise that every article, archive page, referral program, or newsletter feature will always remain available.
3. Newsletter subscriptions
You may subscribe only with an email address you are authorized to use and after giving the requested consent. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in an email. We may stop sending to addresses that unsubscribe, bounce, complain, become suppressed, or appear abusive. Delivery timing and inbox placement depend on systems outside our control and are not guaranteed.
Referral links record attribution only. They do not create a right to payment, rewards, commissions, or any other benefit unless separate written program terms expressly say so.
4. Content and intellectual property
Sent News and its licensors own the website, branding, design, articles, newsletters, graphics, and other original material, except where a source or third party is identified. Copyright, trademark, and other laws protect that material.
You may read Sent News for personal or internal business use, share links to our public pages, and quote brief portions with clear attribution when permitted by law. Unless we give written permission, you may not republish full articles or newsletters, sell or license our content, remove rights notices, create misleading derivative versions, or use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement.

Business stories may summarize third-party reporting, public information, and editorial judgment. Although we aim to be useful and accurate, information can be incomplete, outdated, or mistaken. Verify important facts and consult an appropriate professional before acting on them.
7. Third-party sources and links
Articles and emails may cite or link to third-party websites, videos, products, or services. Those third parties control their own content, availability, terms, and privacy practices. A link or citation does not mean Sent News endorses or guarantees the third party. You use third-party services at your own discretion.
Some articles include embedded public Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, or Vimeo content. Opening such an article automatically loads that third-party media. The provider receives ordinary request, page-URL, network, and device information and may use cookies under its own terms and privacy policy. A fallback outbound link to the provider remains available.
Where applicable, X embeds request dnt=true, YouTube embeds use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain, and Vimeo embeds requestdnt=1. These settings may limit certain provider personalization or tracking, but they do not make the embedded media a Sent News service or guarantee a cookie-free provider connection.

9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sent News is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
